These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of desert-cooler.com (the “Website”), operated by SORS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website.
2. Products and Services

We offer the following products: desert air coolers, various cooling products & heaters.
- 2.2 Availability:
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
- 2.3 Pricing:
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.
- 2.4 Accuracy:
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3. Sales Terms
- 3.1 Order Acceptance:
Your order is an offer to buy our product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- 3.2 Payment:
We accept [insert payment methods]. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.
- 3.3 Shipping:
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
- 3.4 Return Policy:
5 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- 3.5 Warranty:
1 year against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- 3.6 Maintenance Policy:
The client must bring the defected item to our location unless the item weights more than 50kg, then We shall schedule a visit without obligation to do so on urgent basis. We will make every effort to complete repairs in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee specific time-frames.
- 3.7 Cancellation Policy:
Confirmed orders can’t be cancelled, However, we might accept cancelling orders without obligation for general stock items. Any accepted cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Rental Terms
- 4.1 Rental Period:
The rental period begins on the day of delivery and ends on the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional charges.
- 4.2 Default Rates:
Default rental rates mentioned on site don’t apply to public holidays, in either way prices confirmed with client upon confirming the booking. We reserve the right to adjust rates for peak periods or special events.
- 4.3 Deposit:
A security deposit may be required for rental items. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the items in their original condition.
- 4.4 Cancellation Policy:
Confirmed bookings can be cancelled till 7 days before the delivery date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- 4.5 Quantity Modifications:
can be accepted before delivery with new pricing required and approval. We reserve the right to refuse modifications if they cannot be accommodated.
- 4.6 Units Condition:
Client shall approve units condition upon delivery and officially inform any visible issues, based on that only we can accept the collected units condition afterwards. Any damage or loss to rental items will be charged to the client.
- 4.7 Prohibited Use:
Rental items must not be used for any illegal purposes or in any manner inconsistent with their intended use. Violation may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
- 5.1 Ownership:
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- 5.2 Use Restrictions:
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without our prior written consent.
- 5.3 Sharing restrictions:
You can’t share any pricing quotation with any 3rd party
6. User Responsibilities

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

- 7.2 Limitation:
In no event shall SORS LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or any products or services purchased through the Website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in UAE, Dubai.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
